What do I need to rent?
A valid licence (AM or B for 50cc; A1, A2 or A for 125cc), an ID and a card. You upload everything once, right in the app.
How much does it cost?
You pay per minute (the meter starts at pick-up, you settle on return, capped per day) or per day. The price is shown on each scooter, VAT included.
Is the deposit charged?
No. It's held on your card (a pre-authorisation) and released after return — it isn't a payment.
Are the helmet and insurance included?
Yes, third-party insurance and a helmet are included from day one.
Where do I pick up and drop off the scooter?
At the scooterhub garage in your chosen city; the address appears in your contract and in your account.
Can I pay with Apple Pay / Google Pay?
Yes, payment is secure by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay.
I've rented from you before — do I have to re-upload my documents?
No. Your account keeps your verified details and documents — just log in with your email and password and continue booking much faster.
